Moe Sakan tiene formación profesional en jazz, ballet, claqué y danza contemporánea, entre otros. Desde 1999 los bailes de swing han sido sus bailes preferidos. Es una activa bailarina social y de competición, ganadora de diversos premios del Reino Unido y de EEUU, entre los que se cuenta el de la mayor Jack’n Jill del mundo con Marcus Koch en el evento Frankie 95. Es una bailarina de swing polifacética, que domina y tiene experiencia en los principales bailes: Lindy Hop, Balboa, Collegiate Shag y St. Louis Shag. Moe viaja frecuentemente a lo largo del mundo tanto para el baile social como para enseñar Lindy Hop. Ha trabajado también en distintas producciones de teatro, televisión y cine. Moe se esfuerza constantemente en recrear el estilo original, y su pasión ciertamente refleja el espíritu del baile tal y como era en su tiempo.

 

Vincenzo Fesi es un bailarín, profesor y coreógrafo reconocido internacionalmente, y un auténtico trotamundos. Enseña y actúa en los más prestigiosos eventos de baile de swing del globo. Inspirado por los incomparables Fred Astaire, Gene Kelly y Frankie Manning, Vincenzo Fesi baila Lindy Hop, Balboa, claqué, y muchos otros estilos de jazz. Con sus ojos y piel oscuros y su contagiosa sonrisa, Vincenzo parece una estrella de cine de los años 40 y aporta su enorme entusiasmo en escenarios de todo el mundo. Tiene un método de enseñanza muy específico, desarrollado a los largo de años de experiencia. Cuando enseña y cuando actúa, Vincenzo despliega una contagiosa energía que vuelve loca a la audiencia. Vincenzo no es sólo un bailarín. Es un coreógrafo, cantante, locutor de radio, y es también un muy capaz historiador del baile de jazz.

Moe Sakan has had professional training in many types of dance, including jazz, ballet, tap and contemporary dance. In 1999 Moe fell in love with the world of swing dance, since then this has been her dance of choice. A pearl of the Orient, Moe moved to London in 2000, bringing a sparkle to the local swing dancing scene, and soon became the UK’s top female swing dancer. An active social and competition dancer, she is proud to have won several UK and US competition titles. include winning the world’s biggest Jack ‘n Jill competition with Marcus Koch at Frankie 95 is one of the most special titles Moe has been proud to win.

A multi swing dancer, she covered major dances with great knowledge and experience, like: Lindy Hop, Balboa, Collegiate Shag and St. Louis Shag. Moe travels the world extensively both for social dancing and teaching Lindy Hop. She has also enjoyed dancing for several productions, including theatre, television and film. Well known as vintage enthusiast, Moe is passionate about the music and fashion or the Swing era.

Her dedication to the culture is also reflected in her attitude towards the dance, as she constantly endeavors to recreate an authentic style, and her passion certainly reflects the sprit of the dance as it was back in the day.

 

Vincenzo Fesi is a worldwide recognised dancer, teacher and choreographer. As a real globetrotter, he teaches and perform at the most prestigious swing dance events around the world. Melbourne, Paris, Stockholm, Seoul and London are just some of the cities where he is invited as a guest every other weekend.

He was born at Lake Como, but Roma adopted him three years ago. Inspired by the incomparable Fred Astaire, Gene Kelly and Frankie Manning Vincenzo Fesi dances the Lindy Hop, the Balboa, the tap dance and many other jazz styles. With his dark eyes and skin and his contagious smile, Vincenzo looks like a 1940’s movie star and brings enthusiasm on stage all over the world.
